ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team! The perfect fit will be proactive, hands-on, obsessively organized, and incredibly detail-oriented. In this role, you’ll take the lead on managing client projects from start to finish, ensuring everything stays on track, within scope, and on budget. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to keep things moving smoothly and deliver excellent results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project + Team Management
Own the planning, execution, and delivery of the 360 Digital Marketing vertical.
Work with clients and internal teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, as well as own client agendas, status sheets, and call recaps.
Create detailed project plans that monitor project budgets, track resource allocation, and address any risks early to keep client work projects on schedule and within scope.
Regularly review project and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and share best practices to enhance future projects.
Lead 360 Digital Marketing capacity planning to ensure the team’s resources are well-distributed.
Work with cross-functional teams to guide efficient collaboration and seamless execution.
Comfortable pinch-hitting on digital marketing requests, such as email creation or website edits.
Client & Stakeholder Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Serve as the liaison between the client and the Digital Account Manager, explaining digital marketing tactics, complexities, and implications to the client.
Offer digital marketing suggestions and recommendations.
Prepare client scope of work and insertion orders.
You’re the go-to person for clients - anticipating client needs, joining client calls, prioritizing client requests, mitigating future risks, and ensuring that 1AX provides top-tier client services.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate meets the following criteria –
5+ years of project management experience in a client-facing role (agency experience a plus).
3+ years of experience in a people management role.
3+ years of digital marketing experience. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, tactics, and platforms.
Ability to see a significant, complex project and break it into manageable and prioritized tasks.
Thrives on process and procedure with the flexibility to adapt to existing processes and provide recommendations to improve them.
Solution-oriented, motivated self-starter with incredible attention to detail.
Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
Maintains a proactive and positive attitude.
Expert at project management software (like Asana, Monday, Trello).
Love of emerging trends (AI, TikTok, etc).
Analytical mindset with the ability to decipher Google Analytics and create charts and graphs in Excel.
Comfortable with the nuances of a start-up, like changing priorities and jumping in on new and interesting projects.
Loves travel, hotels, restaurants, and reality TV.

Base salary is $95-115K based on experience
The role is a fully remote, full-time position
Travel may be required up to 25% of the time
